I want to say Congratulations to everyone who ran the Reedy River Run today. I was very impressed with everyone's performance and so glad to see everyone out there in this beautiful weather. As a volunteer today, I was so motivated by seeing each person run their best. KEEP IT UP!

Can you believe it, I had a faster average pace for the myrtle beach half marathon than for this 10k. I had to go recall the splits on my watch. Yup, I was running faster at myrtle. Well execpt for the last two miles in myrtle where my ankle reminded me that I'd treated it really badly last year and it just wanted to let me know that.
Thanks for volunteering! I know it takes an awful lot of helpers to keep everyone on the road and going in the right direction. Thanks for helping folks like me have a great day!
